  i have bought all my mem cards from the backstreets and i'm 1000% sure these cards are not from whoever's name is printed on them, but i know these guys know the good ones .... sometimes counterfeit doesn't mean low quality , just not manufactured by the owner of the brand

Many viruses are software bugs or bad memory cards that people buy (some were meant to be discarded for not meeting quality, but Africa will buy them and no one will ask questions). So check if it is not your SD card at fault, or your phone - you can factory reset it, or reflash it if not locked.
