What will it take for local media outlets with free-to-air channels to stream live on Youtube like Al Jazeera does...making use of Google&#39;s extensive CDN? I might have heard of some Kenyan-based initiatives elsewhere but most I&#39;ve seen do not work after some time.<div>

<br></div><div>A lot of media is consumed online by the local netizens (hands up those who watch more video daily on computer/laptop/ipad etc than on TV), so this is only a logical step to follow. And no, select video uploads to Youtube channels does not count.</div>
