Yes true, our aim through this solution would be reduce physical mails and not reduce email communication. Even after email being in this world for more than 10 years still physical mails are being sent.. And I am sure there should be a reason for this. Exactly! Why would a company send a letter which has to be converted into 'digital mail' so that I can receive it allegedly from anywhere? Why not just send it in PDF(or any other format) straight to my inbox and save the time used in the conversion? In my opinion, the only way Posta will remain relevant is by transitioning itself into a proper courier e.g let me buy stuff on Amazon and get the option of sending it to Kenya via Posta in addition to DHL! We are moving forward with technology, not backwards!
