Doesn't credit card imply borrowing? How is it then it is called a prepaid Credit Card? I have seen the prepaid card ads on the net, onetime I fell victim to a fraudulent prepaid Credit Card scam. Some website was purporting to sell virtual prepaid cards; I paid and was sent a 12 digit number that did not even validate to as a valid VISA card. I have used the KCB General Purpose card since they launched it several years ago and it works just like any VISA card. I have withdrawn cash in New York city, bought electronics from ebay and paid for most of my hosting accounts using it.
