Yu are now country wide, according to some advert, but data has issues outside nairobi. Pages frequently time out, or get stuck on loading if you are using a computer, you get stuck on loading pages. After several calls to customer case, still the same issues. Customer care explain how they are new and still sorting out such issues. Now i have to use saf since I need data. the issue is, are we back to the vuka - unvuka era, where you vuka, discover several short falls and are back to saf? if this people dont focus on quality and customer satisfaction for their few customers, how do they intend to tackle safaricoms market hold?
