now that East Africa is a common market, and for those who operate region-wise, shouldn't be a good Idea to  have atop level East African Domain e.g. .ea (.co.ea)?

Very interesting. We do have the European Union but I still see most of the countries still use their own country TLD. As much as I can see, only tech companies are adopting .eu so far. So inasmuch as we may push for the establishment of .ea, I don't see quick adoption to it. I think it does not add any value to the integration, bar for the identity itself, but someone can prove me wrong.

And still on the region , since East Africa is a duty free market, why are phone calls to UG and TZ not charged as local Inter-operator calls, but as international ones (ama the customs union was only on the ground?)

You'd like to see a call to UG being charged cheaper than a call between Safaricom and Zain? Yawa, aren't you being too ambitious? Where do you expect the "Mobile Inc" to make their money? In content and other services? I see it coming though... mwendo ni pole pole.
I'd also like to have car registrations unified, and either done by the UG or TZ agency. I am tired of ugly plates from Kenyan prisons!
