[Skunkworks] Toshiba Satellite L500-204 - No recovery disc or recovery partition - How to reinstall?

hi guys, How can one reinstall his Toshiba to factory settings now that it never came with the disks and the HDD partition doesn't seem to help reinstall. Is there anyone with the same make who has managed to create Recovery disk or who's laptop came with the disks?
