Do you mean buying bundles or loading credit? I suppose you mean the former, which I was thinking could be solved by going to www.safaricom.com/bundles
Loading credit should be easy if you have another safaricom 'phone'. Buy the recharge card, scratch to reveal the PIN and from another safaricom phone (any phone), dial

*141*SCRATCH-CARD-PIN*THE-iPAD-SIMCARD-NUMBER# then click send/dial

Or use the other phone to "Top up other number" or use M-Pesa to "buy airtime for other number"
