@vincent, Atleast some of us know where to hang 'their' dirty linens to get sorted. But I bet they have subscribed my parents and Old uncles to the ZIKI thing and others that they may do forced subscription based on location.(Talk of location based services) This is what I would refer to as wanton evil. Most of their ivr/ and call ads are on my reject list. All I would do is dare them to keep on with these nasty habits and drive some of us to the wall and we find out that we cannot breath and old as it is 'we will brighten up or carry placards'. I now suggest to them to introduce ads in the middle of a call, charge every topup some KES 0.05.
