[Skunkworks] FW: asterisk - telkom Incoming DID

Skunks, I've an asterisk box with a digium t800p fxo card. I would like to see the caller id of incoming calls on the Telkom Kenya lines (I think all exchanges are digital). Telkom says that's a config on the pbx side but I know this to be not a fact as the same box has an ISDN line which works perfectly. Anyone has ideas of techies at Telkom I can talk to to advise the exchange guys?
