Try this program its called vistalizator  <a href="http://www.sevenlizator.com/en/notes.html">http://www.sevenlizator.com/en/notes.html</a><br>download the language pack you want and with a single click your whole OS will be in English or whatever language you want. Just follow the instructions on the site. You dont have to reinstall your windows. I have used it in changing an Enlgish OS to Korean for a client.<br>
