[Skunkworks] Memory and Firefox Problems

I know someone having serious memory issues. The memory completely filled up and can see what is using it. Firefox refuses to show images, (and Tab Close buttons) then keeps flashing 'low memory' message. I don't quite know if it's a worm or some kind of memory leak.
