I have just found out that many talking about buying and selling computers here don&#39;t know much about the same. There are people who also make websites even with a 1.2Ghz, 256,20gb. And 12,000 for a CBO is enough to buy two ex-UK computers which is far much better than even a 3.2Ghz clone.<div>
<br></div><div>I know a lady who did <a href="http://rpprights.com">rpprights.com</a> and <a href="http://crecokenya.org">crecokenya.org</a> and she did with Dreamweaver Mx and the program runs on a 1.8, 256, 40 and the website is not so bad for them. They need a website mostly for awareness. They didn&#39;t want to do some CS5 production. They want a simple awareness website which if you have Office 2003 you can even create with frontpage or even publisher 2003.</div>

This guy will go out of his way to do much because the praises he got from my friend was just too much.
