If by download you mean getting a local copy of the maps on your server so that your requests go to that server instead of the Google servers, then one of the options you have is subscribing to the Pro or <a href="http://www.google.com/enterprise/earthmaps/earth_enterprise.html">Enterprise</a> versions of those maps.<br>
