I was in Bamako, Mali this passed week and browsing internet was not business as usual. I found out that most sites which are not considered to be of "business related substance" are blocked using websense. This was confirmed when i asked around and guys there are really frustrated. Apparently theres a consortium between Mali, Uganda, Tanzania, India and Nigeria thats effecting the blockage. Anybody experienced this elsewhere? Njaci
