Quick qtn, Got some Sumsung phone from the US that I forgot to unlock in US territory. How the hell do I unlock it to work locally here? walu. nb: i presume its legal to do such things - i vaguely recall a clause in the 2009 ICT Act about tampering with phones and I dont want to be served in court as the 1st case example....
