And these is where sufferingcon beats zain.When the former is upgrading(or downgrading) its services,it at least puts it in the press for people to see.There is a heavy disconnect in the customer service and technical issues in Zain.Its always healthy to tell your clients..... Am upgreading ......blah blah ....expect issues in your network.Arrgh
