@Kirirah. Happens to me once in a while as well. My trick is that I never sleep alone and my wife is now well trained how to wake me up slowly when she senses I am in it. I tend to think though that if it went on for long enough (say a few minutes) that that might just be the end of me, so I make sure that my wife is always happy with me, otherwise ........
