Guys, the site is done in-house with no dedicated webmaster, no millions were spent. The pple who work on the site still have to do desktop support and many other tasks. Though i do agree the site is in need of a face-lift/ over-haul. If you have a proposal please contact me off-list, I can get you in touch with one of the IT managers but i offer no guarantees and budgets are usually allocated one an year. PS: i don't work there.
