I agree with Dennis, the uptime should be at around 99.9% for such an
important system....regardless as to whether it is the deadline or
not.
I think they were doing some updates today or something...it was
giving a "system is unavailable...try again later..." message. So I
assume they were doing some updates or something...
It is now back and so my "last minute" friends can submit their returns...
