I beg to differ, Dr. Kip's work at the Export Promotion Council, UON and KWS I think are proof enought that he's ready for more, not jus Minister. I'll be candid, what does the current Minister for ICT do? I spent 3 days with him at Digital Africa conference in Uganda and boy do we have a raw deal. Think it's time we made the presidency about competence and skill and less about politics.
