However, I have had the same issue before with Equity bank where I made a Visa payment , the bank processes this but does not pass on the information to whoever is billing you. so the money remains in a suspense account for 30 days before it reverts to your account.
In my opinion, Equity did not test their systems enough before rolling out the service.
