option 3: Get a reliable connection to the net and public IP address from your ISP. then you host the web at home/office.
Skunkspeople,
Suppose I have a website whose 99% target market is Kenyans and I want to make sure that it is available even when TEAMS/Seacom/EASYY etc are down, is my line of thinking below correct?
Possible solution 1.
Find me a webhosting company that actually locates the servers here and somehow 'peers' at KIXP. Are there such companies?
Possible solution number 2.
Co-locate a server at one of the local providers of such services and get me a public IP address and host my own stuff.
Are there other possible solutions?
