@Dennis Kioko Thanks for the info, it makes sense now. I have a Zain line on my phone so it's not a problem of no network since my phone has network. I think it must be one of the other issues you mentioned. I'm going to try on Yu today and see if the same problem persists. Thanks a lot for your help :) @Jonas I never checked the GPRS setting. That could actually be the issue. I'll do that. Thanks :)
