Some Zuku routers have firmware issues, ours was exchanged for a better router and the link has been up since. &#39;We had a cisco router that was forever being rebooted and was replaced with a scientific Atlantic(a cisco company talk about eating from all sides) and its been up since.....<br>

On My case it connect to the Wireless router for access around the compound.</div>

If you happen to switch devices then you will have to ask support to re-register the second device - abit annoying but do sort this install a . ( this is the reason I have the Wireless router in place to help resolve this problem)</div>
