Hey, whilst the exam fee is standard, most centers don't want to offer that alone. Say, kimathi University offers are cheaper than at KU.
If you want a crash course, it will be more expensive.
I don't know of anyone examination Centre that offers the exam only.

If you want to take the official exam, the fee is standard. Any exam center you choose will be the same. It depends on the exchange rate of the dollar.
I have taken one exam at AFRALTI near CAK.
