Are the above 3 not traffic offenses and Is City Hall now duplicating the police role? So one would one have to pay traffic police and council too? That's a lot of money being stolen from the public in open daylight under the pretext of laws. What is going on in KE? Have we lost our direction and want to suck up all the public money in a last attempt to do what?
