What would happen if EQUITY closed it doors for a day? There would be an uproar, i remember the postapay days when 5 minutes of downtime and people were raising HELL, calling CEO's and demanding their rights in almost all post offices... Is it just me or is something a-miss? Isn't there supposed to be some seamless upgrade/maintenace plan where the customers continue transacting and the switch over is like 2am for 5 minutes?
