@ndungu, before you jump to conclusions, the speedtest result is from pinging kdn nairobi, more of local loop. Choose a different server to get more reliable results cause as the screen shots indicate, you are comparing a ping to parkside, with one to au, with one to the download location. We could try compare with an actual download from a reliable source and see the speed - where is the bottle neck ???
