Regarding the porting charges - it will be acceptable if they keep it at a low value but I'm not sure what the operators will feel about this especially Safaricom... On the other hand, I think the other operators will be happy to keep the charges @ a basic minimum (they might even push for the charges to be dropped altogether) since it is to their benefit...
