I just pushed out a new wiki to track costs and services by the mobile phone operators and ISPs in each country in Africa. This has been a big pain for most of us over the years, just keeping up with what is out there, its real cost, and the real speeds and usability of the service.

If you have 5 minutes, jump over to http://www.africansignals.com/kenya (or whatever your country you feel like) and add to it. Let's see if we can make this a real resource for everyone.
