Plse AVOID "PURELY" online universities. If you want a good online program, get it from a University that ALREADY has a PHYSICAL and HISTORICAL presence and is offering an online program (which really is distance learning in the 21st Century).

washint.eduftu.edu are both very good in distance education but I have never tried online. I did my ICT programming through NETg which was sponsored by my employer.They are now on www.skillsoft.com. For a degree, I prefer a real classroom
