Hi, <div><br></div><div>I need a web app that will allow me to send HTML newsletter easily. The app should have the following features:</div><div><br></div><div><ol><li>Pick a static template- The template will be predefined and in most cases will just be one.</li>
<li>Enter content for the newsletter through a web interface like a mini-CMS specifically for the key sections of the newsletter.</li><li>Preview newsletter with the content to be sent out.</li><li>Send newsletter to specified email addresses stored in database.- The CMS should allow me to add the email addresses also.</li>
</ol></div><div><br></div><div>Preferred dev language is PHP or Python with integration to MySQL DB, it will run on a Ubuntu web server on a local network. Estimated number of email addresses is currently about 2000.</div>
