My HP pavillion G6 just went off because of overheating. I tried switching it back on like i normally do after it overheats and restarts but it will not go past the ''press the esc key for startup menu''. It keeps doing that but won't proceed with the start up process. What is the problem? Thanks in advance. Kind Regards.
