Office 365 & Google Apps are all convenient and reliable. 

Google apps is far cheaper than Office 365. 

Equally you can easily migrate btw the 2. 

Note : Google doesnt do domain hosting, office365 does.

I second Tony. cloud services are still viewed as 'insecure'. However, there is a wave of adoption of office 365 and Google apps in most organizations.

 

Maybe in a few years this will be a norm methinks.
