If it's underdogs you're in too then you should be on yu or orange...better still flashcom, those must be the most under of all dogs....

I. have been with the network ever since it was celtel. Actually, the switch to celtel was a big motivator, seeing as am a big fan of the underdogs. Connection to their customer care was always between 3 - 5 min tops....up until Airtel bought out Zain!!!
I too have experienced the 'localized' network outtages but only for the data-services which quickly turned to trash as soon as Airtel took over. I can't wait for another company to take over ... hopefully Zain can make a comeback now that Arab countries are making huge strides in the economic sphere :-) .--
