There was that incriminating video abt Fr. Kizito, I think I read somewhere that they (CID) were supposed to investigate on its authenticity. How is that done? I've also seen in numerous movies and high tech detective series' where they enhance an image, I would love to know how this is done and which software they use, anyone with leads on this? As far as intel agencies go, just like we share info amongst ourselves on tech issues, am sure these agencies also do the same for their issues. Cyber crime : you mean credit card fraud, porno or what? What about the developments ( the papers carried it ) on mpesa being used by bad people. There was a thread recently on this list about sms warnings? The more we dig in, the more confusing it gets... let me avoid being spammy. :-)
