Thanks Amanya. I have also asked around and one thing I have been told is that she might need a Birth Notification Card. Considering that she is an adult and this card is usually given to the parents at birth, I have no idea where to get this. From the hospital? In shags? I replaced mine in December last year. As Steve says, all you need is your parents names, place and date of birth. It cost 130 and it takes one week.
