Many providers usually think that the more they give different tarrifs the better. Simple things like a working service can go along way to make a customer happy. Today I called orange kenya 5 times just to get instructions on how to upload my airtime to my cdma phone. Every one gave me a different method.And finally non worked.The instructions on the card dont work either. Someone promised to call me ...guess what? No one has called me.
