Hallo John,
Firstly let me pass my greetings and then to answer your question its that it was thought that atms will reduce more than 30% of the quest but it was a problem transferred as they ar actaully queus outside the bank. the issues is to enahance e-banking and make it secure such that I can access my stanchart account eft the loan I owe Mary and she can check th ebalance online or receive an sms to notify of the crediting of her a/c

Another thing is to enance mobile banking, what Safaricom's mpesa has greatly acchieved some banks are adpting to this but very slowly it it reaches the point that even if am in equity I can send money to you in barclays via my cell..then we will be there

Good day

Recently I had to wait in a queque for more than two hours at a bank to be served. You can imagine what I was thinking in all that wasted time. Of course I felt wasted and very angry having to wast all that time. Yesterday I went to my second bank thinking I will send less time only to be disappointed. I thought there is a way to solve this irritating thing of queueing in banking halls and the IT people are in best position to give the solution. Filling the papers and having them verified by the banking clerk takes time. Entering the information written to computers takes more time. Why do the same thing twice. Supposing the banking software is created in such a way that a client can server themselves by entering the transaction through several computers availed in the banking hall. All what the clerk will do is to verify the details entered by the client and process the transaction by a click of the mouse. This way, the only task that takes time will be counting money and I bet it will take much less time to wait in a queue. Someone should develop this idea and sell it to the banks!
