Ive had the Box since launch date and one thing is clear. It has a serious problem connecting with the internet. Hotspot only lasts for around 5 minutes and the internet disappears. The internet on the box itself disappears every 30 minutes whether in use or not and need to be restarted to work again and the cycle goes on and on.

Taken the box back and the customer care guys are saying the box is ok and the problem is likely network related and will be fixed soon. If you are buying the box for the internet then you would better hold on till they fix the issue. On the digital channels not really concerned.

If so I would then take it out, pop it into my phone and continue using Zuku for internet, the Big Box for media streaming and get 3GB for 1k a month on my Smartphone.
