I think we cant really build a website for skunkworks its more of a social community with a culture of information sharing

thus a Stack overflow point of view would seem a better option.

My 2cents, how about our very oen stackoveflow? Looking closely this group is more of helping one another guys can post questions or issues they are facing with codes. On the job section we can have a section where people can post available job openings. Have a close look at Stackoverflow and perhaps we can take that line.
