The Oshwal Community library (in Westlands, next to Nakumatt Ukay) was not bad when I was a member some years ago. The membership fee is very low ...but the catch is you have to get an introduction form signed by someone in the Oshwal community (Note: If you have a friend called Shah - he is probably an Oshwal )
