[Skunkworks] DOWNGRADE FROM WINDOWS 8 TO 7

I always avoided this but tried to set the boot order in the bios to top cd/dvd rom. it doesnt boot still! run the windows 7 set up directly runs smothly but refuses on restarting to expand files!
