I am not a sufcorn guy but sometime back i had the same problem after calling C.S they told me that on normal data billing the credo needs to be more that 2MB worth i.e 16 shillings.In other words browsing holds up 16bob so it doesn't go to a negative credo that's what they said.The trick here is to switch OFF/ON (other phones go to offline mode then online again no need for powering OFF ) and you credo will be free-ed.It works that what i do when thing are thick.

Back to the topic though, I think there's an inherent bug in the Data
Billing system especially when one uses it without activating the
bundle, as in, 8/min. I've got the insuffecient funds message
severally with like 15bob cred. Used to just top up with as little as
20 and it works fine onwards without being ripped off.
I know there's someone on-list who deals with this billing stuff on
Safaricom. Please enlighten us.

Tip, isntead of loading more than 250, load in multiples of 250 to get 8
minutes each
Tip number 2. load 50+100+100 to get 10 min instead of 8 minutes
