There is something in your bill called FUEL SURCHARGE which is directly proportional(with a constant which I shall call Punitive Constant Pu) to increase in fuel prices. This is the loophole in increased bills. However like someone said, that surcharge is put at anything........
I hear this a lot. Thing is though, most (slightly more than half) of your charges are tax. Hence the funding for shuttle diplomacy and all. The rest is money to couch potato organizations, erb being the largest. And of course kengen needs to make profits, as do kplc and some upstream providers. Between all these and some crazy government officials getting brown envelopes to facilitate some so called green companies to sell us expensive electricity, to say we are screwed is an understatement.
