I get your point gentle men. I particularly like the idea of having a government owned data center (Preferably in Konza) to guide the rest of us who are skeptics. The 'old rich' ok, senior citizens can even setup backup centers and new centers for cloud computing. I think I will approach one senior citizen but am still skeptical.

Last time i heard the datacenter(s) were under construction. I dont know if they were completed though threads on similar discussion on Kictanet list seem to indicate that they are.
Well i hope to see in the near future a tender to build, run and operate a Govt cloud based system. That would be a good start.
However, in addition to the Govt DC's we need to see more facilities built.
