Because you do not transact M-Pesa online, there really is no reason to document the rates online. You will find them at the M-Pesa points!
The undocumentedness (yes, that is correct) of the rates online does not affect many users - maybe just you alone!

I want to know how much I will be charged for sending and how much he will be charged for withdrawing so that I can include it in the amount I send, a website in this would be really helpful.
