@Edwin, I think its pretty easy to figure out if servers are local or not.<br><br>The main driving for local hosting is speed. No matter what sort of crazy optimization you do to an app, a locally hosted app will benefit from the reduced round trip.<br>
<br>But of course, there are many more factors which go into this.
