Swift have been having lots of issues of late, they were down for more than 24hrs from Tue to Wed due to a fiber cut, since the link was restored, the link between Swift and KIXP has been having upto 90% packet loss. But guys on safcom and KDN are not affected.<div>

It&#39;s running from swift&#39;s network which seems to be having a problem with  IXP link, traffic to swift on IXP seems slow like a sick snail.<br>
